30-Day Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Products must be returned in original packaging where possible.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Special order or custom items.
  • Used or damaged items not caused by a manufacturing fault.
  • Gas cylinders, gas refills, or consumables (if applicable in future).

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Information

We deliver nationwide across South Africa using trusted courier partners including PUDO and The Courier Guy.

Shipping is calculated based on order weight and delivery location. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

Estimated Shipping Rates

  • 1–10 kg: from R300
  • 11–20 kg: from R450
  • 21–30 kg: from R600

Delivery Timeframes

  • Main centres: 2–4 business days
  • Outlying areas: 3–7 business days

  • Orders are processed on business days only.
  • Delivery times may vary during busy periods.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are correct.
